Depending on the business, the investigation may consider suppliers and supply chain, technology and critical systems, infrastructure and facilities, energy, telecommunications, logistics, geographic concentration, geopolitical exposure, critical-person dependency and other material external dependencies identified during the investigation.
Findings are labelled as Verified, Indicated or Unknown. DP365 distinguishes evidence from signals and does not present unsupported assumptions as facts. Where public evidence is insufficient, the Review records the uncertainty and identifies the internal validation required.
The initial investigation can begin with the company name, public website, sector and location. The client may then provide operating context, known dependencies, relevant internal evidence and access to decision-makers where appropriate. DP365 confirms scope, investigates and validates findings, presents the outputs and holds a management briefing on the action priorities.
